Character

  • Age: 56
  • Occupation: CEO of another company
  • Relation to the victim: biggest competitor
  • Possible motive: maybe he thought that by getting rid of the baron, his company would surpass the baron’s company (maybe he thought the baron’s children would do a bad job managing it), or maybe he had an agreement with Fred to merge both companies when the baron wasn’t in charge anymore (and thus Richard was getting impatient).
  • Personality traits: he is imposing, but he is also tired of life and work, and people can tell. He doesn’t have as much motivation or competitive spirit in him anymore. He still wants to be the best, but believes that working a peaceful way for everyone is better than taking it by brute force. He is still a very imposing man with a strong character, and never lets others order him around or manipulate him. But he will reconsider if someone shows him why he is wrong.
  • Mannerisms:
  • Physical appearance: looks older than what he really is, a chubby, short man, with grey hair. Always wears suits, either grey or dark blue.
  • Hobbies: he likes spending time with his family, going on holidays, spoiling his kids with presents, etc
  • Suspicious behaviours:
  • Health: some old-person problem
  • Speech: he is very easy to talk to, people trust him a lot because he makes one feels comfortable, listened and at home with him. He has opinions about how he likes things done, but always listens to others and implements those ideas. Its not hard to change his mind when he may be wrong, so long as things are talked about.
